Not only are our classes fun, but there is something for everyone. Never tried “that” before? Never fear! Beginners are welcome! Stretch yourself and try them all. That is exactly what we are here for. You’ll meet new friends, too!
MIND AND BODY
This challenging, low impact class will focus on core conditioning, balance, flexibility and strength endurance training. Additionally, isometric movements are used to increase stability and improve mind and body connection for a total body workout. Equipment may include: Pilates ball, dumbbells, booty bands, resistance bands and gliders.
Pre- or Post-workout. Foam rolling will aid in improved circulation and therapeutic muscle recovery. Bring mat and foam roller to class. See staff for density and size recommendations for your foam roller.
Blast your cardio fitness level with a variety of cardio moves. You will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic threshold each time. Be ready to burn some bodyfat and calories!
A fusion of Latin, International music and dance themes that make a ‘Fun and easy to follow’ class. Aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.
Strength training that readies the body for daily activities. Helpful for injury prevention, everyday fitness tasks, and athletic performance. This class also has the element of Balance. Balance in this format is defined as having control of the body’s movements and coordination to move two or more body parts smoothly and efficiently.
